Beaver Lake Road Industrial Park by Callahan Properties consists of a total of 8 buildings ranging from 60,000 sq ft to 80,000 sq ft.  The first building broke ground in 2020, with a completion of all 8 buildings by 2023.  With features such as 25’ windows, and up to 24 loading dock units per building, these projects had both distribution and architecturally appealing designs.  Our efficiency was showcased on the last building, with a completion of 80,000 slab building with 24 loading dock units in 20 working days, and 63 panels equaling 35,000 of insulated wall space in another 20 working days.
